No lawsuits were filed against him,\u201d says Brown\u2019s Parisian lawyer, Raphael Chiche. \u201cHe vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/01\/22\/chris-brown-sue-rape-victim-defamation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ<\/a>, Brown says he was set up by the 24-year-old model, who claims he took her to his hotel in Paris and violently raped her. However, Chris says they were never alone and that he was playing music off his iPhone in the living room of the suite with 20 people around him the entire time.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cUndecided\u201d singer was released from police custody Tuesday without any charges and is free to leave France. Prosecutors say the investigation is still ongoing, but the fact that Brown was released with no conditions and is free to leave the country is a sign authorities have issues with the case.<\/p>\n<p>After being released from custody, Brown took to Instagram to proclaim his innocence by posting the phrase \u201cThis Bitch Lyin\u2019,\u201d which was taken from a T-shirt in his Black Pyramid clothing collection.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR\u2026\u2026 THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP!\u201d he captioned the post. \u201cNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!!
