Kandi’s ex, Brandon Casey from Jagged Edge’s daughter sits down with Tasha K for an in dept interview where she reveals how poorly she has been neglected by her dad.

She goes on to let it be known that her mom met him before he was famous after she graduated high school and while he was still in high school.

Her mom paid his way to come to her town to visit her with his brother and during this visit, she was conceived. She paid for much of their time together as he did not have any money at the time.

At the time, he was afraid of telling his mother so it was kept a secret until she sent his mother a baby shower invitation and the truth came out. He was upset at her for telling his mother about the baby.

For the child’s first Christmas, they went to the grandmother’s home to visit and for the family to meet the child. She and Brandon continued to sleep together off and on.

Later on she would get her own apartment and the same grandmother seemed to be the one that was calling the shots on everything.  At one point she came to visit her apartment with paperwork asking that she sign an agreement for $200 a month and half of private school being paid for if the school was approved by his mom and family. She did not sign this.

Once he was signed, he still was not paying much mind to his child. He was dating Kandi at the time. His child was still small and she was against Kandi being around the baby. She was bitter because when he started dating Kandi, she and he were still dealing with one another. An incident happened where she allowed her daughter to go out of town with them to a family event and was told that Kandi was holding and ‘playing mom’ to her child all during the trip. She felt as though she overstepped her bounds.

He went on to date Latavia from Destiny’s child. She did not feel like she had to acknowledge this relationship as Latavia was only 13 when her child was born so she felt she was really a child herself. She confronted him about the age difference but he claimed he only ever touched her after she turned 17.

At the time he was on the radio and dating a member of Destiny’s Child, he was only paying $500 a month for child support. She could not get him served because the big house they moved into had a big gate that would not allow any one to walk up to it.

He paid his daughter no attention, did not call on birthdays and only showed up to their door after the mother went to court to get child support and it resulted in him getting a $40,000 account frozen at his bank. At the time, the mother was having to walk her daughter to school at 6am in a horrible neighborhood when he lived minutes away with several cars in his driveway. The mother begged him to take the child to school or give her a car so that the wouldn’t have to walk and his excuse was that they would not be able to pay for the car should it get damaged.

Later on there was a judgement made for him to pay $10,000 a month and backpay but he didn’t pay on this. It was later reduced to $1250 per month. He did pay this for a few years until he got another woman pregnant and then this was split between the two.

He told the mother that he feels like he didn’t have access to his daughter in his home town until she was 7 and at that time he feels like she already had her mind made up about him.

He treats his daughter like she bugs him when she reaches out asking for anything. She asked for tickets to one of his shows and after having to chase him down, he told her he had only 1 ticket for her.

When she asks him to ‘put her on’ like all the other celeb kids, he tells her she is lazy and can do it on her own. When she tells him she want to follow in his footsteps, he tells her she’s too fat.

He also has fat shamed her mother by telling her not to bring his child to events because he doesn’t want anybody to know he has a ‘fat baby mama’.

He just had a baby last year and posts that child and his other daughter on his social media but has never posted her. When confronted he said that’s because he lives with that child and the other one gives him pics all the time. If she wanted to be posted she should have asked. She feels he doesn’t want the world to know that he has a fat daughter and is tired of growing up feeling not good enough.

Daughter says she will always love him but she is hurt and depressed. She feels she is an embarrassment to him.
