The Tidal X show is coming back this month, and it has enlisted an all-star roster to headline the big night. Lil Wayne, Lauryn Hill, and Anderson .Paak will reportedly lead the pack with other performances from new and veteran artists.
Tidal announced the official lineup on Wednesday (Oct. 10). Meek Mill, Teyana Taylor, Kodak Black, Queen Naija, and Normani will take the stage, followed by sets from Vic Mensa, Black Thought, Sir, an Danileigh.
As usual all proceeds from the event will be donated to charity. This year, Tidal will be donating to criminal reform efforts.
This will undoubtedly be an exciting show for fans. Lil Wayne recently dropped his highly-anticipated album, Tha Carter V on Sept. 28. Tidal will be one of his first performances of the album in its entirety.
Lauryn Hill is also coming down from an big year. She’s recently been on the road, celebrating the 20th anniversary of her historic, debut album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.
As for Anderson .Paak, it’s possible that he may tease some new music, as he announced earlier this month that his forthcoming album was complete.
We’ll just have to wait and see. The 2018 Tidal X concert will go down at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on Oct. 23. For more details concerning ticketing and the lineup, head over the the official Tidal website here.
